Rules & Regulations

Detailed Rules related to travel bookings, payments and cancellation policy.

BASIC TERMS:

  • Fill up the “Tourist Contract Details” form of “SOUNAV TRAVELS”.
  • Please submit the Photo copy (Xerox) of ID proof of each person, at the time of confirmation of package.
  • Advance payment should be pay, at the time of book of your program.
  • The cheque should be in the name of “SOUNAV TRAVELS”.
  • Passengers must provide Identity card at any place if asked.
  • Accommodations are Family wise Double bed room.
  • Accommodation – Rooms will be distributed on Lottery basis on spot.
  • Extra Mattress, Pilo or Bedding if needed, paid by the tourist himself.
  • All train journeys are reserved by 2nd Sleeper class.
  • We do not provide any food during train journey.
  • We provide bed tea, breakfast, lunch, evening tea, snacks and dinner as per availability or requirement.(veg./non-veg.).
  • We will cover all the sightseeing on the way, during journey.
  • Train Coach, Berth, Time & its related, should be depending on Indian Railway Authority.
  • Bus, Car, Tempo-Treveller, Auto or any others vehicle will be use as transport during the journey.
  • Bus, Car, Auto or any others transport – Preferable seat will reserve at First come First serve basis, on spot.
  • Excluding of any Collie-charges, Any type of tips, Entry fees, Guide, Safari, Boating-charges, Cable car, Additional Vehicle etc.
  • We do not provide any extra / additional vehicle charges.
  • We are not liable for any Mechanical fault of vehicles.
  • We are not liable for any type of Bad-weather, Road block, Flood, Political issue or Any type of strike.
  • We are not liable for any type of Accident or Natural Disasters.
  • Management will not undertake Any liability, Any type of loss, Theft, Buglery, Financial loss.
  • Revise Train fare, Fuel cost should be charged to the tourist.
  • Tourists are charged extra amount of ‘extra days’ due to any unavoidable circumstances.
  • Company has decided the right to cancel the Tour program. In this case Company will liable to pay the entire paid amount.
  • Program or places may be change due to any unavoidable circumstances.
  • Program may be cancel due to any unavoidable circumstances like, Bad weather, Road block, Flood, Political issue or Any type of strike. It will Be charged 30% of total contract price.
NOTE :
  • Terms & conditions may change as per tour program.
  • Please book your trip at least 140 days before journey by train for better service.

MODE OF PAYMENT :

  • The cheque should be in the name of “SOUNAV TRAVELS”.
  • 50% in advance on booking time and balance 50% should be paid before 15 days of journey date.
  • Please provide Identity card xerox copy at time of booking.

CANCELLATION :

100 Days before journey date -deduct 20% of Tariff cost each person.
60 Days before journey date -deduct 30% of Tariff cost each person.
30 Days before journey date -deduct 50% of Tariff cost each person.
15 Days before journey date -deduct 60% of Tariff cost each person.
07 Days before journey date -deduct 75%of Tariff cost each person.
